This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Keystone Strategy, LLC, doing business as Frontline Applications ("Keystone," "Frontline," "we," "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our text messaging (SMS) program (the "Program"). It supplements our general Privacy Policy; where the two differ on matters specific to mobile messaging, this SMS Privacy Policy controls. This policy should be read together with our SMS Terms & Conditions, which govern participation in the Program.

Information We Collect Through SMS

In connection with the Program, we may collect:

• Your mobile phone number;

• Records of your opt-in consent, including the date, time, and method by which you provided it;

• The content of text messages you exchange with us, and your responses (including keywords such as STOP and HELP); and

• Technical delivery information such as your mobile carrier, message timestamps, and delivery or error status.

How We Use This Information

• To send you the messages you requested, such as account and appointment notifications, support communications, and—where you have opted in—sales follow-ups;

• To manage your opt-in and to process opt-out requests;

• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Program;

• To maintain records of consent and opt-outs; and

• To comply with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and industry standards (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CTIA guidelines).

Sharing of Mobile Information

We may share your mobile information with service providers that help us operate the Program—such as our messaging platform and telecommunications providers—solely to deliver and support the messages you requested, and under contracts that restrict their use of the information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your Consent & Opt-In

We only send Program messages to individuals who have opted in. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

Opt-Out (STOP) & Help (HELP)

You can withdraw your consent and stop receiving Program messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at [email protected] or (215) 703-7013. After you opt out, we retain a record of your request as needed to honor it and to comply with applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain mobile information—including consent and opt-out records and message history—for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Program, provide the messages you requested, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect mobile information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Relationship to Our Other Policies

This SMS Privacy Policy addresses only our text messaging practices. Our broader data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, and the terms of the Program are set out in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Changes to This SMS Privacy Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
