These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program (the "Program") offered by Keystone Strategy, LLC, doing business as Frontline Applications ("Keystone," "Frontline," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

When you opt in to the Program, we may send you recurring text messages related to your relationship with us, which may include appointment and account notifications, service and support updates, and—where you have opted in—sales follow-ups and promotional messages. If you use our two-way texting product feature to communicate with your own customers, that use is governed by our Terms of Service, and you are responsible for obtaining any consents required from those recipients.

How You Opt In & Consent

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive texts—for example, by submitting a website form with a messaging consent checkbox, or by providing your number to a member of our team and requesting text communications.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the types of messages you have opted in to receive.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending you Program messages. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information we collect through the Program is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
